ACCOMMODATE UP TO 8 GUESTS PER HOUSE

• Minimum night stay is 2 nights during low seasons. 1 night, weekday, can be arranged if available with an extra tariff of $80. During school holidays, minimum nights stay is from 3 to 4 nights. During long weekend, minimum nights stay is 4.

• Prices are inclusive of GST

• Christmas to New Year, Labour Day, Easter, Queen BD, Footy weekend, Melbourne Cup weekend and Iconic Rod Run bookings are charged at full house rate of 8 guests. 

• For children 2 and under there is no charge. A porta cot and high chair are available upon request. Please bring your own cot linens and blankets.

• The bedding configurations for Leader Reef - two king beds that can both be split to make two king singles and two queen beds.

• Bedding configuration for Christina's - 4 king beds that can all split to make 8 king singles.

• The two houses can interconnect for big group bookings. Each house has its own swimming pool.

• Beautiful quality 100% linen is supplied including towels in bathrooms.

• Bedding will only be provided according to the number of guests booked. Extra charges apply to singles wanting king sized beds. Unused room might be locked.

• Coffee, tea, milk and a few extras are provided.

• Check in is 3pm on the day of arrival and check out is strictly by 10am on the day of departure.
